Gas is leaking from the left hand side at the bottom. When it is upright, it leaks more. Does anyone know what it could be? It also doesnt turn on. Well, lights turn on and it wants to turn over but it doesnt. I noticed after a few attempts, the gas was leaking. I was able to ride it for a few minutes before this happen.

A couple of questions:
What is the brand & model of the scooter ?
When did it last run and what happened since ?

It is a Genuine Blur. I rode it today for 5 minutes. Turned it off then tried to turn it on again. I know they say not to keep trying as it will flood the engine. It then started to drip gas on the lower left hand side towards the back not too far from the kickstand. When I tried to straghten up the bike, more came out.

If it has a carb rather than fuel injection, I would consider the possibility of the float bowl overflowing due to the needle valve hanging open. A sharp rap on the float bowl with a wooden object (No sparks please) usually cures that, but it may be hard to get to the float bowl. With a Helper, you could try lifting and dropping the rear of the scooter ?? SAFELY
Otherwise, I would consider a split gas line or fuel filter. In those cases, it requires repair, usually at a mechanic.
I don't know your scooter so I'm not sure where the gas tank and fuel filter are. The carb is usually at the front of the engine.
If you are mechanical minded and have a service manual, you can try to fix it. Otherwise, off to the dealer.
Good Luck,

I thought float bowl at first, too, but I think that's too much gas. I'd suspect a loose hose clamp or hose that has slipped off a fuel barb, maybe at the carb, maybe the tank...you have a reserve lever, too, don't you? You probably have to get to the carb by lifting out or unbolting the seat bucket. It's probably not a big deal to fix, but leaking gas and flammable gas fumes are generally not a good thing, on a running vehicle or just on your garage floor. If you're not comfortable pulling the seat bucket or panels off to find the fuel lines, I'd get it to a shop and have them look at it.

Gas leaking can cause many problems to the scooter engine, mostly during the rain.
