Hi guys thank you for your responses. I dont know anything about scooters so off to the shop it went. After $120 later, you were right. It was float needle that was stuck allowing fuel to overflow. Is there somewhere I can youtube this in case it happens again?

Glad you got it fixed, and are back on the road. With labor rates the way they are, it's hard to get out of a shop for less than $100. But now you know it's right, and safe.
