Can these be ordered separately somewhere? I know a lot of scooters come with them already installed (including my Keeway) but what if you wanted to add them as a modification? I'm looking at this other scooter I'm getting and I think I want some for them too-:)
Any ideas or suggestions, let me know.

I would guess they are probably a case by case thing unless you want to get the metal and cut them yourself. If you had a rubber floor mat it could be easily used as a template. I have seen them for Burgmans but they come from Japan and are $$$$! What scooter are you trying to find them for?

A Chinese scooter my neighbor is going to give to me. It's called Xingyue ITA and it's White, very sharp-looking scooter too. I want to get the Grand Vista in White but since I'm just getting back on track financially after being laid off for six months, I don't have Grand Vista money right now-:) soooooooo in looking at the Xingyue, it actually kinda reminds of the Grand Vista (in the front) a little so for this spring/summer, I'm going to just stick with both 150cc scooters and then upgrade next year. I also ordered a white scooter trunk to go along with it.
Here's a pic of the Xingyue. I believe there may be some owners/riders on this board if I'm not mistaken. Almost similar to my Keeway, if you notice on my avatar (floor boards). I think having them on the Xingyue would be kinda nice. Too bad I can't find them in White....white on black would look really nice too-:)

You could probably save a fortune by going t a metal fabrication shop and having them cut you some from scrap.

Do the floor boards round down on the outside or is there a straight edge?

I would think straight edge. If you check my avatar, my Keeway Matrx, they have the floor boards. I want to get similar ones for the Xingyue scooter.

Dragon Custom Scooters have all those mods for chinese and other scooters now. They seem to handle all sorts of scoots. I have also seen some on ebay as well. http://www.dragoncustom.com/How I long for those chrome wheels! Too bad they don't make any for a BV 500

Wow, your Vino looks really sharp with them. I'll look into, actually I'll look into all those sites and see which one to choose from and what's the cheapest-:)
Thanks to both of you for sending those links. I'm on it. I'll let you know how I make out.

That's ok! I actually sent an email with a pic of my scooter to dragoncustoms. I'll see what they say first.
Thanks for the correct link, I'm going to check it out later this evening.
