Does anyone have a recipe for Catfish Stew. Several years ago (+10) I had a recipe from the local paper here (Sacramento Bee) but when I moved several years back I lost it, and haven't been able to find it or a similar one. I've received recipes for Catfish Gumbo, but it's not the same. The main ingredients were catfish and tomatoes. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
