Take boneless chicken thighs or breast and marinate them in garlic pepper and Tangy Balsamic vinaigrette dressing I use Publix brand and let it all marinate no less then over night
Then in a nonstick frying pan place the chicken and the rest of the marinated dressing then add a table spoon of apple cider vinegar and when its almost done add 1 teaspoon of honey in and mix cook until it’s done keep on eye on it cause it cooks fast and its easy to burn if it becomes to caramelized add a little water just a little that should do the trick or if you like it that way caramelized don’t add the water

The chicken comes out very moist and juicy this dish goes well with white or Spanish rice and a tossed salad

I like to try absolutely anything with chicken though I have not tried this one out yet. I love balsamic vinegar on my salad though so the taste would be no problem for me as compared to how some might see it.

I am not that used to any tangy taste though as I prefer food to have that rustic type of taste, but I think I might oblige with this.

That sounds quick and easy...and best, good. You mentioned Publix? Are you also in Florida? That's where I shop a lot; we have one right around the corner from our house, and a Winn Dixie (wonder if they'll change the name now that they've been bought out?) down the street. Our Food Lion closed up.

I enjoy trying the samples at Publix when they have someone making up their recipe of the week at the store, don't you?
