I would recommended going one size larger. Its nice having the extra room to put over a heavy jacket.
They have elastic arms, legs and waist bands, so you dont have to worry about them falling off.

Do Frog Togs just fit over your clothes. Would they fit over a textile motorcycle jacket?

I wear mine over my riding jacket. I bought it a little roomy for that purpose.
