The Northern Barnstormers Scooter Tour is organized by the same folks who run the Mid Atlantic Rally down in New Holland every year. The tour begins at the Days Inn in Liberty, NY, (Liberty is on RT 17 between Monticello and Livingston Manor). The tour is limited to 250cc and up because of some steep grades. The room rate is $73.45 w/tax for those attending the rally. All makes and models 250 up are welcome.
