I'm not close and probably will never ride that far, but I do live and ride in Arkansas.... SouthEast Arkansas

Not many scooter people in my area either, the best one moved to Italy last year... but is due back next Fall.

There's a Facebook page for an "Arkansas Scooter Club." Maybe you could find riders there, as well.

Check places like Myspace, Meetup, Craigslist....ask at the dealers and shops...maybe they know of someone wanting to start up a club, or have a bulletin board where they can put up a flyer looking for other scoots to ride with. Just some ideas...
