It finally stopped raining enough for me to get a few photos of my toys. I found the Scarabeo with only 136 miles on it (not bad for a 2006) up in New Hampshire on Craigslist. I was too nervous to hop on the BV as my first scoot since I just got my M endorsement a couple weeks ago. But after a few rides on the Scarabeo I decided to be brave and move up to the BV500 and have been riding it ever since. I love both of them - and suprisingly they are soooo different. The Scarabeo rides more like a sportbike and the BV rides a little more like a cross between a taller motorcycle and a scooter. First - the BV500....   and my Scarabeo....

Both bikes have that part you have to step over.. not a flat platform. Do you find that awkward compared to the flat deck of the scarabeo 200 or bv 200? I've been torn between the scarabeo 200 and 250- will be testing them out soon. Like the 200's styling better but would like the extra 50cc's.
Both of yours are great scooters but the BV is particularly sharp!
