Yayyy! My new Piaggio Fly 150 is finally here! I picked it up last week, but due to nasty storms in our area, I didn't have the chance to ride til yesterday. I love it! What a nice ride! Nice handling and corners smoothly. Seems most people haven't heard of this model yet... it's a sport model that is way different from the idea most people have of Piaggio. It has the same engine as the Vespa 150, and handles just as well (in my biased opinion ).

I love everything about it but the name! You think Piaggio will object to changing it? How about the Piaggio Butterfly? Dragonfly? Superfly! LOL!

Why did you decide on the Fly over other scooters?

Carol.... I was in the market for a "faster" scoot, and it was a toss-up between the Vespa LX and the Fly. I sat on both of them and took them both for a test ride. The Fly just felt like a "better fit" for me. The seat is more comfortable and the seat height seems a little better suited to my build. Even though I LOVE the plum LX and had my heart set on one, I went with the Fly for the comfort and fit. I don't have any regrets... I love it and am very happy with my choice. Now I need to accessorize!!

I have a 2006 Fly 150 .. i also love it ..very smooth.. comfortable.. quick ride !!! I had a eton matrix .. it was ok.. but it started to have malfuntions.. and it was the same problems my buddy down the street eton was having.. so i traded it in for the fly What a joy to ride.. i work downtown about 10-15 minutes from home so it's prefect.. at 80 miles gallon... it's a worth every penny .. and it's sounds sweet.. I let my wife ride it to hear how it sounds ..... very smooth zippy sounds.. i ride it everyday !!!!!
