I got my scooter ('05 Yamaha Zuma) out of storage and it won't start. Best guess is the spark plug, since I saw online that two-strokes go through spark plugs like candy.
When I got the scooter I didn't have the manual and tried to no avail to find one online. I also googled how to change a spark plug in a yamaha zuma and there were explanations, but no pictures. Explanations are kinda lost on me. I need pics.
I can't take it to the mechanic, b/c it won't start. So, I went there and asked if I could buy a spark plug and could they explain where it is located. Well, the panel the mechanic told me to remove isn't right. I had to partially remove two other panels to get the one I wanted off, some clips or whatever fell out, and I have my scooter practically disassembled on my sidewalk and I can't find the frakkin' spark plug.
I do not want to pay the mechanic to make a housecall (even if they did that sort of thing). I want to do it myself.
Also, I am going to be selling it, b/c I have started doing traveling work, and I am giving up my apartment and being completely nomadic, and there's no point in keeping the scooter in storage when someone could be having fun with it.
Can anyone help me with the spark plug issue?

Thanks. I registered with a zuma forum and they had the manual. Still didn't help me. So, one of the members told me where to look, and I still couldn't find it! Finally, I just gave up and yanked at one of the wires and when it came off there was the spark plug sitting there as pretty as you please. I didn't realize that the spark plug wire wasn't a thin thing that fit over the end of the plug, but a large rubber hat or cap looking thing. Once that hurdle was over with, it was relatively smooth sailing. Changing the plug is easy, but trying to put those panels back on is hard! But I kick-started it and it's a go.
