She needs a Scooter Diva sticker for her helmet! Oh, wait....she doesn't have a helmet....but I'll sure give her an A+ for her sense of adventure, though!

I wonder how other scooterists in Guam dress...I know, oddly, not wearing helmets, for example, is common at the beach here.

PS...found this on You Tube...interesting for many reasons...but gives an insight into scootering on Guam...
