We recently had a whole pineapple because someone gave my husband a pineapple corer- we started adding pineapple to everything from eggs to baked chicken and even mac n cheese (which I also put bbq sauce on).. very tasty.

Is it weird that I eat the pineapple core? Only if it's tender, though!
